Products Purchased: All skincare products purchased from Theia Skin Clinic are non-refundable once opened, due to hygiene and safety concerns.
Damaged or Defective Products: If a product purchased from us is found to be damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it or offer a refund if notified within 7 days of purchase. The product must be returned in its original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
